Randstad C and P are working with a leading facilities management client who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Static Multi:Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team, based on a large commercial site in Irvine. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work with a leading facilities management company, providing high:quality maintenance and repair services for HVAC systems across multiple sites.

This is a full:time, permanent position offering a Monday to Friday, 8am : 4.30pm.

Key Responsibilities
• Efficiently operate, maintain, and repair AC/HVAC systems within commercial properties.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on AC and HVAC appliances.
• Perform diagnostic checks, fault finding, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Support the general maintenance team with tasks such as basic plumbing and minor repairs.
• Participate in an on:call rota for out:of:hours emergencies.
• Complete all work:related documentation accurately and on time.

Requirements
• NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning.
• Proven experience in air conditioning and HVAC maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Relevant qualifications in HVAC, refrigeration, or air conditioning (F:Gas certified desirable).
• Strong problem:solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair faults.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
