Job description
We are looking for a Video & Display Ads Specialist to lead the creation, execution, and optimization of engaging campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creativity and a solid understanding of performance marketing in visual formats.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute Google video and display ad campaigns that drive brand awareness and conversions.
• Hands-on Experience in optimizing and creating Remarketing Campaigns to scale conversions.
• Optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad creatives.
• Analyze and report campaign performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing video and display campaigns on Google Ads.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Display & Video.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
• Creative mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
• Solid analytical skills for performance tracking and optimisation.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with video editing tools like Adobe or Canva.
• Google Ads Certification in Video/Display Ads is a plus.
