Job Title: Stewards (Food & Beverage Service Staff)

Locations: Pune (Maharashtra)

Kannur (Kerala)

Mangaluru (Karnataka)

Salary Range: 13,500 INR to 30,000 INR per month (Salary may vary based on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary: As a Food & Beverage Service Staff member at our premier American authentic burger restaurant, you will play a vital role in providing a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring top-notch customer service maintaining high standards of presentation, and showcasing your knowledge of our products and diverse cuisine offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly welcome and assist guests, take orders, and provide menu and product information.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Uphold high grooming and uniform standards at all times.
• Have a good understanding of the restaurant's menu, including product ingredients and diverse cuisine.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards in all service activities.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• High grooming standards.
• Basic knowledge about products and various cuisines.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to maintain customer service standards.
• Must be willing to work in shifts.
