Due to continued growth we are urgently seeking experienced Stitchers to joined our established team at our Lisburn site. Key Responsibilities:
Sew a wide variety of upholstery items as per Order Book requirements using single and twin stitching industrial machines.
Maintain high standards of tidiness and housekeeping in line with the Company's policies and procedures.
Conduct quality checks on all upholstery items produced to the Company standard required and resolve any quality issues and maintain defect rate of below 3 per month.
Meet agree production output targets set on a weekly basis ensuring orders are completed by the due date.
Any other tasks which may from time to time be requested by the Company.
** Prior to commencing the work, all Stitchers will be required to complete a stitch test**

Essential Criteria:
Previous experience stitching in an industrial or large volume setting.
Excellent attention to detail.
High degree of accuracy and finish.
Good practical skills.
Ability to produce products to a high standard quickly and methodically.
Ability to follow written instruction.
Ability to work within a team.
Good timekeeping and attendance.
Awareness of health & safety.
