YOUR ROLE

Our multi-user operation based in Daventry have the need for a meticulous stock administrator to join their team.

Reporting directly into the Stock Controller you will play a key role in contributing to the smooth, and efficient operational activities within the department to meet, and exceed, both customer and company expectations.

This is a Monday – Friday position working 7:00am – 3:30pm.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
• Produce reports as requested by senior management for all stock queries.
• Maintain high standards of stock control.
• Ensure all issues are logged and resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls liaising with different departments using your own initiative to solve any stock related issues.
• Ensure the efficient and effective achievement of all operational targets and key performance indicators.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Due to the nature of the role, it is essential the successful candidate has experience gained within a stock control environment with administration experience. You will have a flexible approach to work, be a self-starter and have excellent communication skills.

It would be advantageous if you have knowledge of DLx Dispatcher WMS but full training will be provided.
