Position Overview:

We’re looking for a committed, enthusiastic Store Manager who is passionate about ******** and eager to share that passion with both customers and staff. You will oversee all store operations while leading, training, and supporting your team to ensure every budtender delivers outstanding service and education to our customers.

This role requires someone who is a strong leader, an effective communicator, and comfortable handling HR responsibilities including payroll, hiring, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead by example, fostering a culture of ******** knowledge, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

Develop and lead promotion initiatives including events and community outreach.

Guide, educate, and support budtenders to provide exceptional customer service and ******** education.

Manage all HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, performance management, and discipline.

Ensure compliance with all provincial and federal ******** regulations and company policies.

Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and inventory management.

Maintain high standards for store presentation, cleanliness, and customer experience.

Handle customer concerns and escalations in a professional, solution-focused manner.

Report sales, staffing, and operational metrics to ownership/upper management.

Requirements:

2–3 years of retail management experience, preferably in ******** or regulated industries.

Proven leadership and team development skills.

Deep enthusiasm for ******** with a desire to share knowledge and promote responsible use.

Strong HR experience or familiarity with hiring, payroll, employee relations, and coaching.

Solid understanding of sales principles, customer service, and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Comfortable with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.

Must meet legal age requirements and pass any required background checks.
