Candidate Profile :
• Senior Managerial role with FMCG / Manufacturing / QSR / Hospitality - Hotels & Restaurants-Banquets / Cinema / Automobile / Pharma / Aviation sector
• Large team management experience of minimum 8 years to 15 years.
• Consistently set performance standards, is able to multi-task by using available resources.
• Good process orientation and hands on experience of managing complexities
• Takes Initiative in managing the store & coordinating with category team and other support functions like HR, Accounts, Maintenance, GRN, Godown & distribution centers.
• Exhibits high involvement & ownership and connects well with the team.
• Takes additional responsibilities voluntarily.
• Is passionate about his work and demonstrates high commitment & energy consistently.
• Selected candidates will undergo Robust In-house Training Program from 6 months to A year to inculcate required knowledge and skills to lead a supermarket outlet.
