Store Operations Executive

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join Chico's FAS, Inc. as a Store Operations Executive. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining store appearance, and driving sales growth through effective store operations strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
• Control payroll and supply budgets, ensuring efficient operations and maximizing profitability.
• Perform and oversee basic operational activities, including scheduling, target shrink audits, physical inventory, opening and closing duties, time sheet review, and payroll accuracy documents.
• Ensure accurate register transactions and compliance with all applicable laws, loss prevention policies, operating procedures, and controls.
• Develop a high-performance culture by motivating the sales team to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
• Train and coach the sales team on product knowledge, location fulfillment, and selling techniques.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies, analyzing sales reports and KPIs to inform decision-making.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to learn and adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Proven excellent customer service skills with statistical track records in sales and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and regular attendance are must-haves.
