Job Requirements

We're seeking an experienced retail sales leader to join our team as a Store Manager. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with the District Manager to drive commercial success and lead by example on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve KPIs and sales targets
• Take ownership of store operations and commercial success
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive sales growth
• Lead service by example and maximize time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floor
• Work with the District Manager to identify and develop strong performers for career advancement
