Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer – Print Industry
Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Printing Industry Mandatory)
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-Time
Who We Are Looking For
We works closely with printing companies in USA and Canada, helping them streamline operations, build web-to-print workflows, and deliver high-quality print and digital experiences. We partner with Print Service Providers (PSPs) to manage design, setup, and execution — acting as an extension of their production team.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in the printing industry, who can lead a design team, understand client requirements, and deliver print-ready designs with precision.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into accurate, print-ready designs.
• Review artwork for print feasibility, including bleed, margins, resolution, color modes, and finishing requirements.
• Design and oversee production of materials such as:
• Business cards, brochures, flyers, catalogs
• Large-format graphics, banners, signage
• Packaging and promotional print materials
• Digital creatives supporting print campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, production) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain and enforce print design standards and SOPs.
• Communicate directly with clients when needed to clarify design expectations and feedback.
• Ensure final outputs meet both client expectations and print production standards.
Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer within the printing industry.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Deep understanding of print production workflows, including:
• CMYK vs RGB
• Bleed, trim, and safety margins
• File formats, resolution standards
• Print finishes and substrates
• Proven experience in team management or design leadership.
• Ability to understand client briefs and deliver designs aligned with brand guidelines and print limitations.
• Good English communication skills — written and verbal.
• Experience working with India-based/domestic printing companies is acceptable and valued.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
Qualifications
• Experience working with international print clients or B2B print service providers.
• Knowledge of web-to-print platforms or template-based design systems.
• Familiarity with print automation or prepress processes.
• Experience reviewing and approving artwork before production.

Responsibilities
Review scripts, visualize & design scenes for animation/video.
Sketch the graphics like character designs, environment etc;
Convert the sketches into digital art for animation use.
Listen to feedback and alter designs to suit client needs better.
Ensure that the final design aligns with the client's needs and is delivered on time.
Understand brand guidelines/design systems and create designs accordingly.
Understand Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related fields.
Requirements
Proven digital illustration design experience with a strong portfolio.
Familiarity with graphic design elements such as Typography and Iconography.
Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Good knowledge of digital and traditional art techniques.
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and computer skills.
Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction.
Ability to work independently or with a team to develop animations and solve problems.
Knowledge of UI design and the Figma app is a plus but not mandatory.
Software Knowledge:
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
