Our client have a fresh, holistic approach to Strata Management that service requirements of owners within premium residential and commercial schemes. Rapidly expanding and growing throughout NSW, this is an agency focused on building strong relationships to withhold there excellent reputation. Working alongside a dynamic director that has the ability to empower staff to push boundaries and take their performance to the next level, this is an opportunity for a Senior Strata Manager to join a tight knit team operating out of stunning offices in Surry Hills.

The Role:

Currently seeking an experienced Strata Manager to add to their expanding team, this is an office that provides plenty of support and structure. Managing a very small portfolio, this is an opportunity that will see you:

Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
Preparing budgets, meeting agendas and minutes
Attending and chairing meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)
Drafting and issuing breach of by-laws letters and formal notice to comply
Assisting with the management of junior staff members

The Candidate:

Previous experience in Strata Management
Excellent Communication Skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
Have a high level of computer skills
The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team
This role is perfect for someone which is highly knowledge-able in strata & strong at actioning tasks
