Additionally, they must be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, execute effectively against multiple projects and deadlines and demonstrate an ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and exercise independent and sound judgment. This role is crucial in promoting the Stratasys brand and maintaining its leadership position in the market
Key Responsibilities
• Brand Promotion: Promote the Stratasys brand within the India region, ensuring its continued leadership in the market.
• Integrated Marketing Strategy: Formulate and implement an integrated marketing strategy that includes effective digital marketing programs and campaigns to meet regional goals and business objectives.
• Digital Marketing: Lead for digital marketing efforts, including campaign management, building digital experiences, paid media planning, and social media marketing.
• Channel Marketing: Lead our channel marketing initiatives with reseller partners to align marketing efforts and maximize local impact.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the regional and global marketing team to drive an integrated marketing plan that maximizes impact across online, social, and channel marketing.
• Event Participation Planning: Identify, propose, plan, and execute Stratasys’s participation in key industry events focused on sectors like Automotive, Aerospace, Consumer Electronics, Education, and Medical. Measure and report on campaign/event results.
• Customer Engagement Activities: Collaborate with Enterprise Account teams to plan and execute customer engagement activities (workshops, seminars) to enhance mindshare and accelerate sales.
• Annual User Forum Organization: Lead the planning and organization of the annual user forum to engage existing customers and prospects.
• Industry Relationships: Maintain close communication with industry associations, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and media. Develop thought leadership and advisory programs to strengthen Stratasys's market influence.
• Marketing and Sales Tools Development: Lead the creation of diverse marketing and sales tools (brochures, videos, leaflets, customer stories) to support business development.
• Budget Management: Develop and mange the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals
• Performance tracking: Monitor and report on KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
• Vendor Management: Conduct research and evaluation of vendor solutions, managing relationships to support marketing objectives.

Key competences / experiences:
• Bachelor degree or above-
• Experienced in B2B marketing and willing to explore in B2B marketing in self future career plan
• Good use of relevant digital marketing tools , i.e google Analytics, salesforce, marketo
• At least 5+ years above relevant experience
• Good communication skill on both internally and externally, and open mind to share with others; Excellent Communication capability to efficiently influence others;
• Capability of innovative, Strong accountability and initiative; Passion for new business;
• Strong in business experience, solid marketing knowledge and skills;
• Good at English and Strategic Presentation
• Highly proficient computer skills including email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• General knowledge of content management
