Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Channel Account Manager to join our team, focusing on analyzing vertical markets, identifying and recruiting top-tier partners, and fostering productive partnerships to maximize long-term value. This position involves engaging in strategic dialogues with partners, quickly assessing their needs and potential, and guiding them towards resources for a mutually beneficial relationship. The successful candidate will play a critical role in broadening our partner network within targeted verticals, ensuring exceptional partner experiences, and contributing significantly to our overall sales strategy.

Job Responsibilities
• Analyze vertical markets to select top sectors and partners for recruitment.
• Engage partners in productive dialogues, assessing their needs and potential swiftly.
• Lead the onboarding process for new reselling partners, developing strong relationships and business plans.
• Identify and communicate complementary products, services, and channel coverage gaps to senior management.
• Coordinate with channel marketing and sales management to transition partner relationships and drive joint sales success.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong experience in sales and partner recruitment.
• Proficient in strategic planning and market analysis.
• Experience with CRM systems for daily updates and partner pipeline management.

Industry Experience Required
• Prior experience in the Constant Contact Partner Network or similar partner network environments is preferred.
