We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Government Relations Leader to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Develop Comprehensive Government Affairs Strategies:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive government affairs strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
Advocacy and Stakeholder Management:
This role requires effective stakeholder management, including building relationships with key government officials, policymakers, and industry associations to advance the company's interests.
Policy Analysis and Risk Management:
The Strategic Government Relations Leader will analyze policy trends and developments, identifying potential risks and opportunities that may impact the company's operations.
Crisis Management and Communication:
In the event of a crisis, the successful candidate will lead the development of effective communication strategies to mitigate reputational damage and maintain stakeholder trust.
Requirements:
Experience and Qualifications:
A minimum of 20+ years of experience in government relations, with a proven track record of success in this field.
Leadership and Communication Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex policy environments and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Prior Experience Working with Government Officials:
Previous experience working with government officials and policymakers at various levels, particularly in Maharashtra, is essential for this role.
