About This Team
Strategic Sales builds partnerships with organizations and communities across the globe that ignites positive guest and brand impact beyond our four-walls. We partner with leading businesses across yoga, train, run, tennis and golf, sharing with them our best in the world technical product.
Under the Strategic Sales umbrella, we operate the following programs designed to spread the love and be in relationship - Wholesale, Team Sales, Corporate and Studio Essentials.
Reporting into the Operations and Inventory Manager for Wholesale & Strategic Sales, you will work closely with our Strategic Sales partners, Account Managers and Operations team.
day in the life: what you’ll do
• You own the administration for our Key Accounts, from overseeing deliverables for our seasonal buy process through to order fulfillment.
• You provide operational support to the Strategic Sales team, which creates efficiency.
• You create external and internal resources which are aligned with our brand values and guidelines.
• You manage, maintain and improve our partner and guest facing tools including the Partner Hub, product notification emails and point of sale materials to drive enhanced partner and guest experience and engagement.
• You see the bigger picture and can independently take on tasks to support channel growth and special projects.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
• 1 years’ experience working in wholesale, marketing, operations, retail or a customer service centre.
• Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) as well as PowerPoint, Smartsheet and SharePoint.
• Ability to work well as a member on cross-functional teams, holding peers and partners accountable.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed from the office at least 3 days per week.
