Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy Lead to take ownership of formulating, articulating, and documenting strategic plans and decisions. The Strategy Lead will play a pivotal role in creating and managing the team’s strategic and action plans, ensuring alignment with the broader QTS (Quantitative Technology Services) and CM (Capital Markets) vision and business objectives. This individual will also oversee the creation, maintenance, and management of strategic documentation, ensuring effective implementation and consistent alignment with the organization’s goals.

What you will do

Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to develop comprehensive strategic plans that align with the organization’s overall vision and business goals.

Translate high-level objectives into actionable team strategies and initiatives

Ensure team strategies and action plans are consistently aligned with the broader QTS and CM vision and organizational priorities.

Monitor and guide the implementation of strategic initiatives, addressing challenges and ensuring timely execution

Create, manage, and maintain all strategic documentation, including plans, reports, and decision records

Clearly articulate strategic objectives, priorities, and progress to internal and external stakeholders

Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes

Identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to ensure ongoing alignment with organizational goals

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated strategic efforts.

Provide guidance and support to team members in understanding and executing strategic priorities

What you need to succeed

Proven experience in strategic planning, development and implementation within a complex organizational environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and develop actionable strategies

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

Proficiency in strategic frameworks, tools, and methodologies

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Exceptional PowerPoint and related presentation skills with the ability to create clear, compelling and visually engaging materials to support strategic communication

Experience working with or at consulting firms such as Accenture, McKinsey, BCG, or similar organizations is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
