Job Description: Student Enrolment Specialist - Promotion and Support
Primary Function:
The primary function of this role is to promote, support, and contribute to takiwa annual recruitment targets by developing and implementing effective recruitment plans, projects, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and present our programmes and services to external stakeholders and communities
Develop and implement CRM-based recruitment strategies
Host programmes, activities, and events to engage with potential students
Support teachers to roll-out recruitment plans
Provide training in sales and promotions to staff
Establish and manage relationships with external partners
Ensure plans align with national strategies and organisational goals
Provide support for home-based learning and takiwa-based delivery
Identify new recruitment options and opportunities
