About the role: We are expanding our Training Services department and looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to support our students.
The postholder will be responsible for managing an allocation of students, providing guidance and ensuring they receive the support needed to succeed. A good attention to detail, organisational skills, and a desire to support students are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing efficient support and guidance to learners studying with CETC (CIPFA Education and Training Centre).
Ensuring timely information is provided to employers and compliance with contracts for bespoke/group programmes.
Managing commercial agreements and invoicing arrangements.
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to improve services and avoid duplication of effort.
Ensuring CRM guidelines are followed as appropriate.
Contributing to Quality Assurance and Data Protection within CIPFA and participating in follow-up actions.
Engaging with new and existing CETC students to develop their learning plan, providing advice on study progression and securing exam qualified status.
Acting as the first point of contact for students with queries about their programme of study.
Maintaining student data effectively and monitoring progress for timely completion and provision of support.
Producing billing schedules and invoices for students on bespoke programmes.
Liaising with employers to ensure invoice payments are agreed and reducing bad debts.
Preparing reports detailing progress and exam results, and liaising with employers as necessary.
Assisting in the administration of effective training delivery and student tracking.
Contribute to improving the student experience.
Attending events outside normal working hours as required.
Staying up-to-date with CIPFA qualifications and assessment packages, seeking development and support when needed.
