A Student support executive is a very integral part of the Alchemist Team. The primary responsibilities would be as follows (but not limited to ...)
Graduate with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing customers and/or students with ability to:
• Monitor student progress and provide academic support and guidance
• Act as a liaison between students and staff
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and support team to develop student programs
• Serve as a mentor and resource for students
• Have a problem solving attitude
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proficiency in MS Office
