STUDENT SUPPORT MANAGER
Permanent Full Time (1.0 FTE)

Join a strong team of experienced and engaged teachers and staff at Whistler Waldorf School in beautiful Whistler, BC. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Student Support Manager for a 1.0 FTE (full-time equivalent of 40 hours) permanent position for the 2025/2026 school year which will start August 18, 2025. Full-time positions start at $60,000-80,000 per year (based on experience, full-time hours, etc.). The perfect candidate will demonstrate:
Previous experience working with children in a classroom educational setting; in an inclusive education environment; coordinating student support services and/or implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Education Assistant (EA) training is considered an asset and certification through the BC Ministry of Education’s Assistant Regulation Branch (or eligibility to apply) is preferred but not required.
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with relevant certifications or training in educational leadership, program coordination, or school administration.
Strong professional and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with parents, colleagues, and administrative staff.
A Canadian citizen and/or eligible to work in Canada with a current Criminal Record Check.
