Job Summary

To guide and support potential students by explaining the various study programs and services offered by the company, highlighting the benefits of studying in Germany, and converting leads into enrolled clients.

Key Responsibilities:

-Speak to interested students (from walk-ins, calls, website inquiries, events, etc.) and explain the different courses, universities, and services offered by the company.
-Explain the benefits of studying in Germany, such as affordable education, top-ranked universities, and career opportunities abroad.
-Understand the student's background and goals, and suggest suitable study options and services.
-Provide complete information about the admission process – eligibility, required documents, timelines, and service fees.
-Stay updated with the latest university admission requirements, application deadlines, and course updates.
-Maintain and update accurate student records in CRM.
-Follow up with leads regularly through calls, WhatsApp, or email to convert them into enrolled students
-Coordinate with internal departments (documentation, visa, and language training) to ensure smooth support for each student.
-Participate in education fairs, seminars, and student outreach events organized by the company.
-Support marketing and outreach teams in student engagement activities, both online and offline
Skills Required:

-Strong communication in English and Hindi or regional language is a plus.
-Ability to clearly explain services and build trust and repo with students and parents.
-Confidence and a helpful attitude in dealing with new people.
-Follow-up skills and basic computer knowledge.
-Willingness to learn and keep up with international education trends.
Educational & Experience Requirements:

Graduate in any stream (preferably in Education, Arts, Psychology, or Commerce).
2 to 5 years of experience in student counseling, admissions or study abroad consultancy is strongly preferred.
Should have hands-on experience in guiding students, explaining academic programs, and converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
Familiarity with the German education system and admission process will be an added advantage.
Candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who meet the experience criteria will be prioritized.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
