The Studio Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the studio and supporting the creative team in delivering high-quality products
This role is ideal for a candidate who has a passion for design and thrives in a fast-paced environment
You will be responsible for a range of tasks including assisting with design projects, coordinating events, and providing administrative support to our studio team
Assist in the development and execution of design projects, including researching, sketching, prototyping, and refining designs
Coordinate and manage all aspects of events, including planning, budgeting, logistics, and execution
Liaise with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operation of events
Prepare materials for client presentations and meetings
Maintain and manage inventory of studio supplies, equipment, and resources
Provide administrative support to the studio team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and assisting with communication
Contribute to the creation of digital content, including social media posts, blog posts, and newsletters
Ensure the studio environment is clean, organized, and conducive to creativity and productivity
