Job Description
As we expand our capabilities in Bengaluru, India, we are looking for an experienced Interior Design Manager to lead our design team. This role requires expertise in overseeing the entire design process, from conceptualization to completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing conceptual and detailed design drawings, blueprints, and specifications that meet project requirements. They will ensure all designs comply with local regulations and international standards, while collaborating with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is required, along with 10+ years of experience in design management, preferably in high-rise residential and hospitality projects. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, BIM, Sketch Up, and other relevant design software is essential.
