Submissions Coordinator
We are currently seeking an experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our team at Barpa based in our North Sydney office. As our Submissions Coordinator you will play a critical role in the submission of our tender proposals, ensuring our submissions are of the highest quality and delivered in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordination of tender submissions, including preparation and submission of tender documentation in line with the required timeframe and quality standards
Development of high-quality content, including written responses, graphics, and other supporting documentation
Formatting and layout of tender submissions, using Adobe InDesign, to ensure that all materials are well presented and meet the highest quality standards
Management of the tender submission process, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of timelines and requirements
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient submission process

Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the built environment i.e. Construction, Architecture or Engineering
Demonstrated experience in content writing, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to develop high-quality content in a timely manner
Expertise in Adobe InDesign, with the ability to create visually appealing and high-quality documents, as well as, the full Adobe Suite
Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Proactive and self-motivated approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimisation
