Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited University required
Five or more years of relevant engineering experience required

Compensation Range:
$128,700.00 - $1++,500.00

We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered
Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance
Responsibilities
The Supervising Engineer is responsible for the direct supervision of gas engineering personnel
This includes ensuring that all designs are compliant with Company policies and standards, and state and federal regulations
Supervise, train, and evaluate division engineering personnel and coordinate their work with construction and operating personnel, customers, and other Ameren departments
Supervise and coordinate the design, engineering, and project coordination for the maintenance and construction of the gas distribution system with an emphasis on safety, reliability, cost effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
Perform long-range planning activities for these distribution systems
Provide technical support to construction and operating personnel, other departments, customers, and outside organizations
Monitor reliability activities
Serve as the division’s primary contact with Ameren staff and the ICC during annual inspections and other inquiries
Assist in the preparation of the annual division construction budget and the operations and maintenance budget
Contribute to the development and implementation of division and function goals
Identify and implement improvements in division operations to control costs and improve productivity

About The Position

Key responsibilities include:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited University required. Professional Engineer (P.E.) License preferred. Five or more years of relevant engineering experience required. Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: Proficiency with MS Office Suite required. Knowledge of specific Ameren systems (e.g., DOJM, Gas Planning System, Budgeting System, etc.) preferred.

Compensation Range:

$128,700.00 - $1++,500.00
