SUPERVISOR:
Candidates should have quick commerce experience.
Minimum handle 40+ Associates
Responsible for running the Station operations.
Managing associates schedules, performance & job assignments.
Job scheduling, assignment & performance monitoring.
Achieving performance metrics through constant monitoring.
Address seller/merchant escalations.
Manage leave calendar & weekly offs & ensure field activities are carried out without any hindrances.
Ensure set practices are implemented & followed to the core.
MIS reports generation & sharing with internal & external stakeholders.
Coordinate with Central ops for performance metrics & exceptions if an

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: ₹21,561.00 - ₹26,086.00 per month
