Supervisor - Security

Responsibilities
Maintain documentation of flight plan, manifest, Crew Briefing Sheet, NOTAMS, METAR, CBP for audit purpose.

Timely coordination with AAI, CISF, ALU, FRRO Airline, Immigration customs for regulatory permission.

Assist in executing laid out security protocols for aircraft operations. Keep track of the flying record and raise Invoices of the aircraft flown to concerned companies.

Updating post flight reports, FTDL of crew, visa arrangement of crew, travel bookings of guests & assisting customers on departures and arrivals.

Initiate special security measures during periods of increased risk and/or for critical flights and routes.

Ensure thorough and effective screening of all passengers and cabin/hold baggage at each airport.

Perform other assigned duties related to aircraft operations & security.

Qualifications
Diploma/Graduate
Any diploma/degree in aviation related subject is desirable.

DGCA and BCAS AVSEC certification is desirable but not mandatory.

2-3 years of work experience is security role
