Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Schedule events, programs and activities. Schedule work. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervision: 3-4 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Security Guard License. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Flexibility. Judgement. Organized. Reliability. Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees . Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . Support for mature workers: Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers . Supports for visible minorities: Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
