Job Description:
• Provide excellent customer support for travel planning, packages, and advice.
• Manage and maintain travel supplier relationships.
• Handle end to end responsibility of Tour operations.
• Help resolve any problems with travel or accommodations
• Shift: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Weekly 4 Days Work & 3 Days Off.
• Work Mode: Work From Home.
Required Candidate Profile:
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Malayalam are a MUST.
• Dedicated workspace at home (a dedicated room).
• Personal laptop required for 1-month training.
• Freshers and candidates with less than 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
