We are looking for a motivated and experienced Frontline Station Support Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Police High Performance Framework (PHPF) and be able to apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the team.

This role requires someone who is adaptable, has excellent communication skills, and is able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of FSSO's and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
