YURICA Japanese Kitchen – North Sydney
We are looking for a dedicated Sushi / Sashimi / Roll Maker who takes pride in their craft and values consistency, cleanliness, and quality.
At YURICA Japanese Kitchen, we focus on honest Japanese food — no shortcuts, no MSG, and no compromise on ingredients or preparation. We are not a high-pressure factory kitchen. We are a team that values skill, respect, and long-term growth.
What you’ll be doing
Preparing sushi, sashimi, and rolls to a high standard
Handling premium ingredients with care and precision
Maintaining excellent hygiene, knife skills, and station organisation
Working calmly and efficiently during service
Supporting a respectful, professional kitchen environment
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in sushi, sashimi, and roll making
Strong attention to detail and presentation
A reliable, calm, and responsible work attitude
Respect for food safety, cleanliness, and teamwork
Someone looking for stability and long-term work, not short-term hopping
