Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Events Coordinator to work with our dynamic team in inspiring people worldwide to create a better future. The successful candidate will champion new initiatives, improve existing ones, and help shape our thrivability efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including conferences, webinars, podcasts, and online events.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure event objectives are met.
Develop event timelines, schedules, and agendas to ensure smooth execution.
Oversee event operations and handle any issues that arise during the event.
Conduct post-event evaluations and reports to assess event success and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Events Management or a relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in event management or equivalent.
Ability to run online events.
Fluency in English preferred.
Willingness to learn new skills.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
