Responsibilities
Play a cornerstone role in D.Luxury's mission to unlock the potential of our portfolio company's by developing and executing innovative marketing programs that outperform the market and brand expectations
Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve client objectives for DTC brands across categories such as Fashion, Home, Wellness, Skincare, Fitness and CPG
Lead and mentored a team of media buyers, providing guidance and support to optimize performance campaign and creative ideation
Utilize Meta marketing strategies, TikTok media buying, Google Ads, and programmatic media (OTT / CTV) to maximize reach and engagement across various channels
Expert knowledge of media buying platforms critical to drive performance such as, Google Tag Manager, Meta Shops, TikTok Shops, GA4 and Tag Management platforms
Strong understanding of media measurement through attribution tools (Northbeam, Triple Whale, etc) and how to connect the dots back to performance within channels and Blended metrics for brands
Translating deep customer profile and personas through customer lists, exclusions and interest based customer profiles across the media buying experience that translate into LTV driving performance improvements
Implement a full media buying funnel approach, from awareness to conversion, ensuring effective messaging and performance creative design across the sales funnel
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop landing pages and customer journey mapping strategies, driving digital efficiency and performance improvements across CAC, ROAS and LTV
Develop a rich testing strategy methodology and sophisticated approach to media channel testing, leveraging data analytics to identify best practices and optimize campaign performance
Analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to our internal team members and clients
Ensure effective communication of performance metrics and insights to clients, fostering transparency and accountability
Utilize industry & daily trends and best practices across media platforms, CTA's and cultural moments, to continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and optimization with the rapid pace of paid media and creative (AI, video, etc)

Your objective:

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will be an expert in DTC growth marketing within fast-growing startup consumers, ecommerce, and subscription brands. Has a strong track record of delivering impactful growth media buying, on budget, while surpassing KPIs. Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills with attention to detail are a requirement. Having worked in both a digitally native brand (DTC) and an agency environment is a plus.
• BA or MBA preferred with an emphasis in Marketing
• 10+ years combined experience in brand management, DTC brands, digital agency work, and B2C and DTC growth marketing.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results for clients or brands
• Expertise in Meta marketing strategies, TikTok media buying, Google Ads, and programmatic media, and strong performance creative design skills.
• Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including emerging trends and technologies.
