Customer Value Management
Customer Value Management is vital in maintaining HSBC’s position as a provider of world-class retail banking and wealth management solutions, directing business development with a focus on customers. The team works to ensure the most appropriate pricing, products and promotions are directed to the most relevant customers, concentrating on building value, treating customers fairly and creating a superb customer experience.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the WPB Data Analytics team.
Role Purpose
This is a key leadership position to support the successful development and industrialized implementation of CRM, Customer life cycle (CLCM) and hyper personalized customer engagement and messaging. The role holder is expected to scale up PEGA & CRM capabilities, talents, industrialize contact optimization and deliver CLCM KPIs across acquisition, activation, relationship deepening, and retention stages. This role will be critical to lead the local deployment of digital messaging and ongoing improvement of customer engagement (Communications Hub programme), accountable of commercialization of overall Communications Hub programme in India.
