As a Sydney based Team Lead Customer Service Center (all genders), you will be responsible for managing Customer Services Consultants who are grouped in designated teams.
Ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered to clients while meeting relevant Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You will provide encouragement to team members, communicate team goals, and identify areas for new training or skill checks.
Assist management with hiring processes and new team member training, answer team member questions, and oversee team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
