Key Responsibilities:
Server and Infrastructure Management:
o Install, configure, and maintain Windows server operating systems.
o Deploy and manage Windows workstations for end-users.
o Monitor and manage Windows servers and network infrastructure to ensure high availability.
o Perform routine system updates, patches, security configurations and server hardening.
o Storage Appliance management (Dell, Net App)
o Troubleshooting skills to handle Infrastructure and Application issues. Experience in global support and remote administration is desirable.
o Carrying out successful daily datacenter operations for all respective group locations.
o Make sure the balance between Server Administration & Business/Project.
o DevOps automation knowledge.
Domain Controller, User Account and Access Management:
o Knowledge of Active directory, DHCP, DNS, Terminal Server, Print Server, Group policy etc.
o Create, modify, and terminate user accounts and access permissions.
o Implement and enforce security policies and roles-based access controls.
Good understanding on the Application and environments :
o Web Hosting & management. IIS, Apache,
o Office365 Exchange, SMTP, ADFS, AD Connect, Dir Sync, ADSI.
o sFTP, SSH, SSL configuration
o Cloud Knowledge (MS Azure)
Disaster Recovery, Data Backup & Security Management:
o Managing and Maintaining for all group location
o Monitoring and daily review of the backup jobs.
o Regularly test and verify data backups for system integrity as per defined policy.
o Bitbucket, SVN, GIT, JIRA Project Management, Content delivery network (CDN).
Experience in Azure Cloud and virtualization:
o Managing and maintaining the Hyper-V and VMware environment.
o Managing and maintaining the Microsoft Azure Cloud environment.
Team Support (Application/infrastructure) based on KRA or their engagement:
o Proper understanding & Implementation of desired setup considering future goals.
o Understand & considering all security parameters & Agile topology while solutioning.
o Troubleshooting and defining the Issues in a way like no other issue will appear due to fixing one issue.
o Timely review & audit all the systems, highlight the observation in order to improve manageability.
o Creation of checklist & documentation for any production change and follow the approval process.
o Willing to play teamwork internally within the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
o Good in communication with internal & external users.
o Willing to work in shifts as per requirement.
o Willing to provide extended support or extra working hours as desire.
o Should be a good team player.
o Should be Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
