Job Description
We are seeking an experienced System Engineer to design, implement, and manage a secure, scalable, and high-performance IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Microsoft technologies, virtualization, high-availability systems, and enterprise networking, particularly within multi-domain environments.
Total Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in systems engineering roles
Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft Exchange Server
Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server 2016+
Troubleshoot mail flow, transport rules, and security policies
Ensure high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) configurations
Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
Administer and optimize RDS farms including RDSH, RD Gateway, Connection Broker, and Licensing
Troubleshoot remote access and user session performance
Ensure load balancing, scalability, and HA for RDS environments
Virtualization & HA
Manage Hyper-V and VMware environments
Implement and monitor HA and DR solutions across data centers
Ensure optimal virtualization performance
Windows Server & Active Directory
Maintain Windows Server 2026 environments across multiple domains
Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and replication
Storage & File Services
Configure and manage Distributed File System (DFS) for redundancy and accessibility
Ensure file server performance and data backup integrity
Networking & Cisco Routers
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and network infrastructure
Secure inter-domain communication and monitor network events
Security & Compliance
Perform regular patch management, hardening, and security audits
Implement backup and DR strategies
Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry standards
Support & Documentation
Provide Tier 3 support for escalated system issues
Document procedures, system architecture, and troubleshooting guides
