What's Involved?
Comprehensive skills in service delivery and customer service.
Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve effective outcomes.
Ability to prioritise and meet timeframes.
Considerable experience supporting enterprise software applications.
Experience in organising, planning, installation and review of enterprise software.
Practical experience in the creation of complex reports.
Demonstrated experience in SQL Server database management including backup, creation of views and stored procedures.
