Job Description -

-Responsible to drive competency based Talent Acquisition process for Pan India across all levels by attracting key talent into the organization through various internal and external sources.

-Initiate & monitor cost control and cost reduction measures in the recruitment function.

-Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization.

-Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.

-Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.

-Analyze and set action plan on monthly recruitment trends within the organization and the industry.

-Ensure that all processes are followed in line with the agreed SOPs
