Talent Acquisition Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or related HR functions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract and engage potential candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate background verification checks to ensure compliance and maintain a high standard of talent quality.
Support payroll activities by ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee information related to attendance.
Foster employee engagement by organizing and coordinating various initiatives and events.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR operations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to recruitment and HR processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
