Job Summary:
We are seeking a focused and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for our software services division. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified professionals across various
technology roles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and hiring timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for software and IT service roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define job specifications.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans through various channels including job boards, professional networks, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical fit, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting through applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Monitor industry trends and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top technical talent.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT or software services recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and current market trends.
• Experience with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a fast-paced services environment with multiple concurrent open positions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR analytics.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
