TELECALLER/ COLLECTION EXECUTIVE/ DRA EXECUTIVE

Industry: BPO/ Call Centre

Age criteria: 18 to 30yrs

Employment: Full time

Qualification: Min HSC/Graduate any stream

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Calling the customers to remind their due date of the instalment

· Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment

· Explain the consequences to customer of not paying on time

· To take Customer regress follow-up to recover dues

· Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues

· Update account status and database regularly

· To achieve targets that have been assigned

Desired candidate profile

· Fresher& Experienced both are eligible, Candidates with experience in collections or mortgage services will have an advantage (DRA preferred)
• Unlimited Incentive Plan with transparent KRA's

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

· Possess initiative and ability to work under pressure

· Candidates with fluency in English & Regional language (Tamil,Telugu & Kannada)

· Basic MS-Excel knowledge.

· Fixed day shifts

Salary: 10,000 to 15,000 + Incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
