We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead with over 10 years of expertise in EPC recruitment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the engineering, procurement, and construction sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the EPC industry and a proven track record of successful hires.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization, focusing on EPC roles.
• Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract high-caliber candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand by promoting a positive image and showcasing the organization's culture and values.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on EPC recruitment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the EPC industry and its unique recruitment challenges.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications: Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
• Networking: Established network within the EPC industry.
