Job Description :
• Carrying out Human Resource Planning with functional Heads , Finalizing job profile, Scrutinizing & Communicating with Potential candidates & fixing Interviews , taking initial Interviews , Negotiating & finalizing Salary.
• Co-ordinate with the clients and take the feedback till the final placement and also maintain mutual relationship for the future requirements.
• Scrutinize the database for the suitable candidates.
• Interacting with candidates for the updated information to match the requirement.
• Arrange the interviews of candidates with the clients
• Handle walk-ins and interact with them regarding their career perspectives.
• Interacting with the clients to assimilate the requirement and profile of the position.
• Lead a team to close the requirements on priority
