We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent across the organization. With a strong focus on relationship-building, market insight, and candidate experience, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce and supporting our long-term business goals. What you’ll do:
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from intake to offer, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Source and engage passive candidates through innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and talent mapping.
Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed via the appropriate criteria
Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to continuously improve hiring processes and tools.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
What you’ll bring:
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven success in full-cycle recruitment across a range of functions and levels.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into action.
Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Bilingualism in English and French would be considered an asset
