Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and acquiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and excels in candidate assessment and selection. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process that meets the organization's staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for job openings.
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to source potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further assessment.
Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Administer and analyze assessment tools, such as technical tests, personality assessments, and behavioral interviews, to assess candidates' qualifications.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and organizational culture.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process, including interview coordination and candidate evaluation.
Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to attract and engage talent.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Stay current with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to ensure effective and fair recruitment processes.
Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
Assist with onboarding activities for newly hired employees, as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in recruitment and talent acquisition are a plus.
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships with hiring managers.
Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
