IMPORTANT CRITERIA:
Communication Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication to effectively interact with candidates from diverse regions.
• Ability to clearly convey job requirements, company culture, and expectations to potential MRs
Interpersonal Skills:
• Building rapport with candidates to make them feel comfortable and valued during face-to-face meetings.
• Networking with local industry professionals and potential candidates in various regions.
Assessment Skills:
• Evaluating resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for MR roles.
• Conducting effective in-person and remote interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Attention to Detail:
• Ensuring accuracy in job descriptions, candidate information, and employment contracts.
• Identifying discrepancies or red flags in candidates' backgrounds, particularly when dealing with regional variations.
Organization and Time Management:
• Managing multiple job openings and candidates simultaneously across different locations.
• Keeping track of recruitment metrics and ensuring timely follow-up with candidates
Negotiation Skills:
• Negotiating job offers, salaries, and other employment terms with candidates.
• Balancing the needs of the company with the expectations of the candidates, especially in different regions.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Familiarity with social media and online job boards for sourcing candidates.
Market Knowledge:
• Understanding the pharmaceutical industry, trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
• Staying updated on changes in employment law and best practices in recruitment.
Problem-Solving Skills:
• Addressing challenges that arise during the recruitment process, especially those related to regional differences.
• Developing creative solutions to attract and retain top talent across diverse locations
Analytical Skills:
• Analyzing recruitment metrics and data to improve the hiring process.
• Identifying patterns and trends in candidate behavior and preferences across different regions
Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity:
• Recognizing and valuing diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
