Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent.
• Screening: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit for the role.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
• Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.

Qualifications:
