Talent Acquisition Specialist - Full-time On-site

MAS Finance is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. In this full-time, on-site role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including employer branding, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. As part of a fast-growing company, you’ll play a key role in shaping our workforce by identifying and attracting exceptional candidates who align with our values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Global Talent Acquisition: Lead in-house recruitment efforts to source, evaluate, and hire translation professionals from various regions to meet business requirements.
• Job Portal Expertise: Leverage job portals and sourcing platforms to identify and engage top candidates.
• Collaboration with HODs: Coordinate closely with the Heads of Departments (HOD) to understand role requirements and ensure alignment in recruitment strategies.
• Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract the best talent for translation-related positions.
• Job Posting & Sourcing: Create and post job descriptions on multiple platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
• Candidate Screening: Review and shortlist candidate profiles to match specific job criteria, conduct relevant tests, and facilitate the interview process.
• Offer Management & Onboarding: Finalize job offers, negotiate terms, and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth transition to joining.
