Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Executive specializing in Bulk Hiring for Non-IT profiles, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates in line with thecompany’s monthly hiring targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume recruitment, driving outreach, and meeting performance KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring all hiring needs are met within set timelines.
Bulk Hiring: Focus on mass recruitment for non-IT roles such as sales, operations, and customer service, across multiple locations.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly hiring targets as set by the management team. Completion of monthly target makes you eligible for uncapped incentives.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and job fairs, to build a robust talent pipeline.
Handled Multiple Job Portals: Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, and other job portals to source and attract top talent.
Sales Hiring: Lead the recruitment efforts for sales profiles, ensuring candidates possess the right skills and experience for the role.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct resume screenings, telephonic interviews, and in-person assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Salary Negotiations: Manage salary discussions and offer negotiations in collaboration with the hiring managers.
Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the company.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using ATS and other HR software. Provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress.
Campus Drives & Job Fairs: Assist in managing and organizing recruitment drives at campuses and job fairs as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in bulk hiring and managing high-volume recruitment for non-IT roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (Naukri, Monster, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and monthly targets.
Experience in handling salary negotiations and managing onboarding processes.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
